Where ladders are built, and the parameters that never change
Each builder is deployed once with immutable parameters. Positions on every venue are read regardless of builder status.
One purser has one allowance, however many venues it builds into. It is fixed when that launch’s vault is deployed and cannot be raised by anyone, including us.
Launch pools. Fees accrue to Pons escrow and reach the vault through claim and sweep. Ladders are not built here.

Hooked pools are excluded from building; hookless pools with a fee tier are supported.
The pool fee is governance-set and can change, so it is shown as dynamic, never as a tier. A builder is deployed and mints through Ramses’ own position manager.
Pools are keyed by tick spacing rather than a fee tier. A builder is deployed and mints ladders directly.
Fee tiers as Uniswap V3. slot0 reads occasionally time out; positions there may show as unknown rather than out of range.
